As the owners and hearts behind the property, we, Todd & Bruno, each brought our own story into the vision. Todd, a retired naval officer, dreamed of creating a place rooted in service, hospitality, and bringing people together. Bruno, a native of France who grew up in a large, lively family, instantly fell in love with the land—its beauty, charm, and the way it naturally invites connection, much like the villas and countryside of Europe he’s always known. Together, we shaped Villa San Giovese into a space that feels romantic yet welcoming, refined yet deeply personal.
